Yvonne was a great friend to me from the first day we met. ...she helped me out when I was stuck....fed me Christmas dinner in Gibraltar. ..shared many a bottle of wine on the roof if nurses quarters as we sunbathed.... In recent years I've popped up to see her as often as I could...and we've chatted and talked and laughed and cried. .. I m going to miss her (Btw Eric....hope you dont mind....but I've also sponsored a Macmillan nurse in her memory )
